Payment.
1.) You can offer a product under the modality of 50% in advance and the other 50% when the work is finished. when the work is finished.
2.) Once the work is finished, you will receive it in the resolution of your choice.
3.) It is a digital product. If you want to print your artwork just ask.
4.) The illustration process starts once the payment has been initiated and these terms and conditions have been signed signed these terms and conditions.
5.) The accepted currency is USD and payment is only via Paypal.
6.) Only 2 corrections will be made per artwork. If you wish to make more modifications
you will have to pay an extra fee, keep in mind that these two corrections are made
at the sketch stage, if you are going to make modifications in the line, color or shading,
an additional 10% will be charged on top of the total payment.
7.) The artwork will be delivered on a free solid background, but if you wish to add a background, a fee will be charged a background will be charged 15% extra to the total price.
Offers
Offers are handled as follows:
1.) Icon: Delivery times between 1 and 3 days. The cost is from $17 to $42 without background, but with background it is between 19 to 47 dollars.
2.) Half body: Delivery times between 5 to 7 days. The cost ranges from $73 to 98 dollars without bottom, with bottom it ranges from 81 to 108 dollars.
3.) Full body: Delivery time is 7 to 14 days. The cost is from $98 to $196, but with bottom $108 to background 108 to 216 dollars.
4.) Composition with several characters: It is from 9 to 19 days, the cost is 126 to 266 dollars without background, but with background it would be 139 to 293 USD.
5.) The time it takes is 5 to 22 days, depending on how complex it is. If If you want to receive it soon, then you must pay 10% extra of the total price.
Rights of use
1.) You may only make personal use of it, not commercially.
2.) I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
3.) I will not claim intellectual property (IP) ownership of the commissioned artwork.
4.) I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client)
breach any of the terms.
5.) I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time and for any reason.

6.) I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio and in publications such as art books and in publications such as art books.
Client
1.) You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
2.) You retain the rights to the property once delivered and payment is 100% complete.
3.) You may not profit from the commissioned piece (resell, redistribute, upload to POD services, make prints, etc.).
4.) You can upload the commissioned artwork to any website and social channels.
​Infringements
1.) To reproduce/commercially use the copyrighted work of art means to make money from it in any way that is not excluded from these terms.

2.) Claim the artwork as my own.

3.) Alter the artwork without my consent.
Cancellation and Refund
1.) No returns are accepted except on work that evidences errors, please make sure before commissioning.
2.) If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
3.) If you request a Paypal chargeback at any time you were not allowed to request a refund, you will forfeit all rights mentioned above on the commissioned piece and you will have all the right to earn additional profit in any way. I will refuse the chargeback and will provide Paypal with our conversations in which we discussed the commission as proof that I have completed the work for you. In addition, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
